Holiday Inn & Suites Council Bluffs-I-29 by IHG

They made sure the pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. They were checking water balance while were at the pool. The Shuttle service was great and very convenient. They were busy but maintained great service. I would rather be in a nice clean busy hotel than an empty dirty one. Thanks for a great stay!

I had to call to check-in since my flight had been cancelled then changed to a later time. The lady that attended me was very nice and told me that she would check me in when I called Friday evening. I didn't arrive to the hotel until 3am Saturday morning. The entire staff that I interacted with were so professional. Housekeeping did a wonderful job as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Omaha/Council Bluffs area.

Our stay was a 4 out of 5 . We were in the area due to a family emergency and the hotel was pretty easy to work with. The had the best breakfast, ever! Our room was ok , a bit smaller than expected. The pull out was small and horribly uncomfortable and there were ants in our room , even had a couple crawl on me in the bathroom. This isn't the hotels fault but our pizza delivery was taken by another family. The staff was very helpful and attentive! There was a Becca and a Jessica (I do believe?) that were absolutely amazing! The staff member at the desk this morning looked miserable and clearly didn't want to be there or look the part. But all in all a decent stay especially in a time of need and uncertainty.

The room was nice, realy good view of the river. The only problem was the king size bed had a dip in one side. Made sleeping a little difficult. The hot tub was great but the room key didn't work for the changing room. The room had plenty of usb ports and outlets. The shower was nice and the room was clean. Breakfast was the traditional eggs, sausage and other normal breakfast food. Staff was super helpful.

Great place. Everyone was so nice and friendly. We interacted with a few ladies at the front desk and they were all great. The cleaning crew and breakfast folks were all so nice and friendly. Kyle and Jeremy picked us up and dropped us off in the shuttle (great service offered by Holiday Inn, by the way) and were fantastic to chat with. Rooms were clean and the hot tub and pool were great to visit after a long day. The Iowa Riverfront Trail is across the parking lot so if you want to go for a walk or bike ride, it's a conveniently located trail. We recommend this place to everyone.

Love the snowy view from our Hampton Inn room. I can tell the rooms have been updated recently. Nice finishings and colors. If I had to pick on anything, its that the faucet and toilet are tiny, both my husband and I are tall people so it wasn't as convenient. Great service and our room was impeccablly cleaned every day. Nice gym and indoor pool. Comimentary breakfast was okay. The location is by a casino but no near shops or convenience stores, be prepared to Uber.

Great staff, especially that young driver to the airport whose wife also works the front desk. He goes above and beyond and should get a raise. He spoke very highly of his bosses and company he works for and said they are like family and thats why he drives over an hour one way to work. Would stay there again and use his services. Hotel was very nice. Would love little cookie treats and even breakfast to go paper bag options in the early morning for people leaving before breakfast to the airport like the Hampton Inn next door had. All in all great experience!

Very clean hotel with a beautiful lobby and friendly staff. Comfortable bed and good water pressure. The riverfront location was lovely, with a view out of to enjoy with the good complimentary breakfast. Indoor walkway to Ameristar casino was a bonus!
